Growing Up with Korean Flavors
I grew up watching my parents pour their hearts into every dish they made. Papa Kim brought his discipline from his military service in both the United States and Korea, while Mama Kim brought the soul of Korean cooking to our kitchen. When they opened our restaurant in 2017, I watched them transform their dream into reality right here in Jacksonville's Mandarin neighborhood.
Building Something Special Together
We wanted to create more than just another restaurant. My parents believed that the best Korean meals happen when families gather around the table together. That's why we chose family-style dining and made sure every guest feels welcome in our cozy space. Papa Kim handles all the technical details while Mama Kim creates the authentic flavors that make our food special.
